Welcoming Ray Gonzalez to Mosaic as EVP of Operations
As our construction operations grow and scale in Northern Arizona, we knew we needed someone with strong operational and organizational leadership in the field and beyond. Today, we’re excited to announce Ray Gonzalez has joined our team as Mosaic’s Executive Vice President of Operations.
Ray brings more than 30 years of operations experience in homebuilding and residential real estate in a wide array of business models and disciplines within the industry. As EVP of Operations, he will manage and direct all construction operations, from concept to implementation, overseeing client satisfaction, quality, and financial objectives.
Ray’s extensive operational background and well-rounded experience includes executive leadership roles at private and public homebuilders, including Taylor Morrison, Pulte Homes, and many others. Before Mosaic, Ray served as National Vice President of Operations for BB Living.
