Mosaic Expands to Idaho
We have expanded our general contracting operations to Idaho, with Regional Director of Operations Larry Johnson at the helm in Boise. Larry is a seasoned construction professional who has robust industry experience and key regional market knowledge.
Larry served as VP of Operations at PulteGroup for 17 of his 34 years with the company. At PulteGroup, he also served on their National Construction Council for seven years. He has managed more than 12,500 closings in the Bay Area, Central Valley, and Reno. Larry was directly responsible for product development, procurement, production and warranty/risk with a team of more than 100. Additionally, Larry co-founded and served as President of Sterling Homes, a for-sale development and homebuilding operation in Eagle, Idaho.
“Larry’s industry experience and knowledge are simply unmatched and we know Boise will be a successful market long-term because of his leadership,” said Ron Gonski, VP of Growth at Mosaic. “We’re excited to expand into the Gem State and support growth in one of the nation’s most sought-after housing markets.”
But his construction operations experience isn’t his only qualification. Larry is a defined industry leader, who pioneered a national collegiate recruiting program with Associated Schools of Construction. In addition to this, he has a combined 25 years of experience as an advisor on multiple universities’ industry advisory councils.
“I’m very excited to join Mosaic,” said Johnson. “The company’s incredibly talented leadership, team, and vision for bridging the gap between construction and technology will transform the residential construction industry. Mosaic’s commitment to fostering a collaborative environment where individual expertise is celebrated sets new standards for the industry. I’m thrilled to join the team and look forward to making big things happen in Boise.”
